I was born in Auckland in 1921 and have lived here ever since. After my husband's death in 1976
I took an interest in art, and in 1979 enrolled in a three year art course with the
International Correspondence School, and was awarded their Diploma in 1981.

 

Subsequently, I have done short courses and workshops in oil painting, watercolour and mixed media
with several of the leading artists in New Zealand.
I am a member of the NZ Fellowship of Artists Inc., and exhibit with them on a regular basis.
I have exhibited with may of the leading galleries in New Zealand and my work is also held in
private collections internationally.
